Safety Guidelines

The team at Sasha Hair and Nail Design would like to thank you for your patience during this challenging time. We are thrilled to be back at work and our team is committed to providing you with the same excellent service with safety in mind. Please review these new sanitation and social distancing guidelines we have put in place to protect the health of all our guests and staff.

GUEST GUIDE

  • If you have been to any of the COVID-19 hotspot states within the last 14 days please reschedule your appointment. You can refer to the State of New Jersey website for more information.
  • 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you will receive a text or call for a self-screening for symptoms related to COVID-19. You must respond to our message and confirm you have conducted pre-screening. If for any reason you do not receive a message from us, please call the salon before you arrive.
  • When you arrive, please stay in your car and call us. We are limiting the number of guests in the salon and we will let you know when to come in.
  • Enter through the front door only.
  • All guests will receive a pre-screening temperature check upon arrival.
  • Please wear a mask. All of our staff and guests are required to wear one.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer at the front desk when you enter.
  • All visitors will be temperature screened. If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees, your service appointment will need to be rescheduled.
  • Please practice social distancing from other guests and stylists.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow. Throw used tissues in the trash. Immediately wash your hands.
  • Please bring only necessary items with you into the salon. We are temporarily not allowing food, however you can bring bottled water.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

We care deeply about your health and safety. Our staff will disinfect stations after each guest. Commons areas of the salon will be periodically disinfected.

There are partitions between each stylist station at a minimum of six feet apart. New HEPA machines in place to continuously to clean the air. Your stylist will be wearing a mask during your visit. We may not be able to provide blow drying services due to time and capacity. Customers can arrive with their hair already washed and wet.

EXTRA CHARGES

If your service requires additional color for extra regrowth additional charges may apply. Please speak to your stylist at the start of your service.

CANCELLATION

There is no charge for last-minute cancellations should you be exhibiting any symptoms related to COVID-19.

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

If you feel ill or are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate you taking precautions to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff.

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

Fever or chills

Cough

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Fatigue

Muscle or body aches

Headache

New loss of taste or smell

Sore throat

Nausea or vomiting

Diarrhea
